Method

It all starts with an immersion at your premises.

Before designing anything, I come and see how your company really works. One to two days on site, to understand your processes, your tools and the people who use them.

During the visit

What happens on site.

The immersion follows a simple flow, adapted to your business so it doesn't disrupt your teams.

  1. 1

    Scoping with management

We start with your goals, the pain points you see and the constraints to respect: schedule, budget, tools to keep.

  2. 2

    Workstation observation

I spend time at workstations, in the office and in the field, to see the real actions: what is entered, copied, searched for, printed.

  3. 3

    Team interviews

Short conversations with key users at their workstation. They know the workarounds and needs nobody thinks to mention.

  4. 4

    Tools and data mapping

Software, Excel files, notebooks, wall charts: I map where each piece of information lives and how it flows.

  5. 5

    Immediate debrief

At the end of the visit, I share my first observations and priority leads with you, before the written report.

Who is involved

Little time, the right people.

The immersion requires little availability from each person. Here is who is usually involved on your side.

  • 01

    The business owner

For the scoping at the start and the debrief at the end of the visit.

  • 02

    A project lead

The person who will follow the project day to day and organises the visit with me.

  • 03

    Key users

One person per role or department involved, for a conversation at their workstation.

  • 04

    Your IT provider

If you have one, for a check on existing software, access and hosting.

Duration, organisation, travel.

  • One to two days

Depending on company size and the number of processes involved. The duration is agreed with you before the visit.

  • At a representative time

We pick dates when activity is normal, not a rush period when nobody is available.

  • Anywhere in France

I come to your premises, wherever they are. Travel is included in the project price.

Deliverables

What you receive after the visit.

The immersion leads to concrete documents that belong to you, whether or not the project continues.

  • An immersion report: what I observed, workstation by workstation
  • A map of your processes and the tools that support them
  • The list of pain points, ranked by impact on your business
  • Recommended priorities and a breakdown into stages
  • A cost estimate for the project, before any commitment

Confidentiality

What I see stays with you.

  • A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed before the visit
  • I only access information the project needs
  • No photos or document copies without your consent
  • Working documents are handed over to you and can be deleted on my side on request

The method

Five stages, one deliverable at each step.

I come on site when being there matters: to understand, to deploy, to train. The rest of the project moves forward remotely, with regular check-ins.

  1. 01On site

    On-site immersion

One to two days at your premises. I observe workstations, talk with your teams and map the tools and information flows.

  2. 02Remote

    Diagnosis and specification

I analyse what I observed and we set priorities together: what costs the most today, what will pay off fastest.

  3. 03Remote

    Design and prototype

I design the screens and user flows, then have future users test them before a single line of code is written.

    DeliverableClickable prototype approved by users

  4. 04Remote

    Development and integration

I build in stages. The tool is connected to what you already use (ERP, accounting, Excel, CRM, APIs) and your data is migrated.

DeliverableA testable version at each stage, migrated data

  5. 05On site

    Deployment, training and support

I come back on site for go-live and team training. After that, I handle maintenance and improvements.

DeliverableTool in production, trained teams, documentation
